Allen Wright, the Del Campo senior who created the Note To God iPhone app is home and recovering! According to the Bee, workers at Kaiser South said, "He was too good to keep at the hospital." Doctors had only given Allen a 30 to 40% chance of recovery, after he fell into a coma after being struck by a car on Sunrise. Guess they didn't know him very well!

Hey, what's the deal with these toddlers falling out of second and third story windows?! We're thankful both children who suffered falls are okay, but if you or someone you know lives in a multi-story home or apartment, be sure to move furniture away from the upstairs windows. Kids can fall right through those screens on the windows.

Squeeze Inn fans in West Sacramento, you're getting your own star of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives soon. The Squeez Inn will open a West Sac location on Harbor Boulevard sometime in May.

The Got Milk folks are at it again, with a new campaign focused on healthy after school snacks. They're trying to convince kids to put down the chips and soda and go for healthier options like blueberry & banana creme milkshakes. Find recipes at gotmilk.com.

As the weather warms, you may want to take the family out to the charming Folsom Zoo Sanctuary. The zoo's newest resident, a rescued mountain lion cub named Cedar, is now accepting visitors.

If you're renting Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2, check out the adorable costumes, the ones the chihuahuas are wearing. They're from poshpuppyboutique.com in Rocklin. Someone from Disney discovered Posh Puppy Boutique, a couple of years ago (according to a story in the Placer County Herald.)

Good news! We've all been such great drivers, those red light cameras are coming down in Rocklin. The city says the leasing the cameras now costs more than the fees generated by the declining number of drivers running red lights. Keep up the good work, Fish Friendly Drivers!
